Cannot select a Workflow Process Owner

Hi All

I cannot seem to select a process owner during my workflow definition. I have already created a process owner and assigned a user to it but it does not show up in the list during the workflow definition. The VLV is readonly showing None.

Any help will be appreciated

Solved!

The process owner security profile and collaborator role definition was inactive.

Okay managed to fix it. The process owner security profile and collaborator role definition was inactive but I have a new problem where the document does not get locked when i change the phase to an approval. I have done the phase configuration and created the document type and linked the phase config to the workflow definition.
