SAP Logon problem

Hi All,

I am not able to Logon to my remote SAP.

My VPN is connection successfully.

also in ping the IP in command prompt it is working fine

But ,

when I am clicking the SAP Login button I am getting one error message

error message

partner not reached

WSAECONNREFUSED : Connection refused

Hi,

The issue could be because of SAP Services were stopped on the server.

Start of SAP Services on the specified server should work for you.

Hi kumar,

Try to Telnet the SAP system IP with 8000 port . There might be some network /firewall issue.

r u trying through sap gui for windows or through internet explorer ???

Consultat ur Network admin might be firewall problem.

u can also Check port,service
