How to use Program RSWUWFML2 for sending Workitems in mail.

I want to know what are the different things are required and screen variant to be created for sending workitems in external mail using the program.

Hi,

To send notifications about work items in SAP inbox regularly with program RSWUWFML2 you need two things:

1) Create variant for the program RSWUWFML2 (SE38) that contains a task number of the workflow,

2) Schedule background job that runs the program with you variant (SM36).

After program run or background job has been finished you can check that emails are being generated in transaction SOST.
