Hi Experts,

kindly let me know after sale documents process (PGI, billing and excise invoice wt are the registers will update and how it will update?

Dear Ishikesh,

In Sales point of view....once you do the Delivery/PGI..you need to Update the RG1 register in the system.

For this T-code:J1i5..where youcan update the Register.

Rever back if you need more clarity

Hi,

While creation of Excise Invoice, DISPATCH Registers will be updated. And these will be:

Excise Duty Paid: Debit

Excise Duty Payable: Credit.

The Payable account will always show your Liability which you have to pay to Govt. So at the end of month this account must be nullified.
