settings for change document

Hello Experts,

To use t-code CJCS display change documents: referance WBS, what are the necessary settings that need to done.

Can anyone please give some suggestions.

Dear Sandeep,

Enter OPSA transaction for Project Profile.

Click on Control Tab

ChangeDocuments check box must be Ticked Use this indicator to specify that change documents should be created for all basic data in the work breakdown structure.

Then in same Control Tab go to Status Management subscreen.

Here also ChangeDocuments check box must be Ticked You use this indicator to determine whether change documents are created for the status of a project definition and WBS elements.

Hello Sandeep,

Firstly thanks for your suggestions.

But i have checked in the project profile , the setting you mentioned is alreday in place.

I tried to create the project with the same profile , save and then made some chnages and again saved.

After which when i checked the CJCS..it says no document found.

Anything you to suggest on this please let me know.

Try with CN60....and see whether changes are recorded n shown,,

Hi..I checkd in CN60 as well..no chnages found ..there too.
