production order settlement

Hi,

How can we know that whether production orders has been settled for the last month or not?

Is there any report by which we can see or we have to go to someqwhere in Co02?

HI deepak,

You can check by.........

TCode CO03>GOTO->Cost--->Analysis. There you can check whether the cost is coming at last bottom line under Total Actual cost on the screen

There is no status for order as SETT even thou you did settlement in KO88 or CO88.

Hi

In COOIS report you can select the field "settlement cost element" column and use filter option to distinguish the settled and unsettled orders for a certain period

Using COOIS by giving Order status Not equal to 'SETT' and date range we can get orders not settled

Hi Deepak

You can get this infornation by COOIS t code where u mention ur plant or orders for which u want to find settelment is done or not in last month by mentening the date and system status as settaled (SETT)

and check u will get thw information
