Question regarding table AICONTACTS by REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT

Hi all,

the following situation:

- activation of multiple customer numbers by BADI "AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP"

- customer numbers below our customer number in SAP Marketplace

- checked flag "generate all" in AISAPCUSTNOS for customer numbers

After running job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT our S-User and the S-User of our customers, according to the authorizations, were sychronized in table AICONTACTS.

In table AICONTACTS I have as example for my S-User different entries. Exactly one for each customer number of our VAR customers. See example below...

What I do not understand is why for my S-User entries for each customer have been created because I only have authorization within my S-User for our customer number in SAP Marketplace and not for the other customer numbers.

Who can give me a hint what I configured wrong?

Hi Alexander,

I had the same issue a while ago and raised a call at SAP. The answer was that this is not a problem at all and can be ignored.

Surely table AICONTACTS is used in report AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP but the important one is AIINSTACCESS.

Authorizations in AIINSTACCESS are used to generate SU01//S-Users.

Hi Christian,

I can confirm this. At earlier support packages we downloaded only the user that had authorization. Now we download basically all users of a customer regardsless of teh authorization. But Business Parteners are only generated for those users that have the required authorization to create messages.
