Hi,
I was wondering if is it possible to create a user portal page in WDA, a page where
you can add/remove users, assign roles, change passwords. Pretty much like su01 but instead in webdynpro??

Well most of the User Admin functions are exposed via BAPIs - BAPI_USER_CHANGE or BAPI_USER_CREATE1. You would have to look through those in details, but if they have everything you are looking for exposed, then you should be good to go.
