Good day!
We have a user that is trying to access rich client, but rich client never loads. The splash screen will come up and it will just hang there. We tried removing it and then reinstalling. We tried going to rich client through infoview. Nothing.
Has anybody experienced this and how can we get this resolved.

which Version of the WebI Rich Client ?? XI 3.0 or XI 3.1
After the initial Installation of the RC a User with Admin rights on the Client PC has to start the RC first in order to create some Registry Entries (there is a SAP Note about it).
Try to start the RC with a User who has domain or local Admin rights on the PC.

We are running BO XI 3.0. We found the cause of the problem by trying everything we could. A security software we use was preventing Rich Client from opening. Once we turned it off, we were able to access rich client. We have this software on all of our machines, but for some reason it only affected her.
