A could help you with a few. We had it just a month back. Is it for support?

1. The business process flows and their documentation

2. List of possible errors and their resolutions.

3. LIst of contact persons relevant to each business process.

4. Access to all the technical as well as business documentation.

5. Information about the certificates and licenses like the expiry dates.

6. Landscape description

7. SLAs if they are ready to share.

8. Naming Conventiones and standards in use.

Regards,

Hmmmm ....

to start with,

1. The landscape

2. The major scenarios/interfaces involved esp. that is of high priorities

3. Custom code like Modules or Java proxies if used/deployed and use of 3rd party adapters etc

4. Any data constraints like size of message

5. Is security an essential part of the interfaces

6. Towards the end the process areas, development standards and categorization

Ideally a good vendor should have most of these in documents

Hi,

Try to get these things from the Vendor before he leaves.

1. Types of Interfaces

2. Complete walkthrough of all Interfaces

3. Troubleshooting if any interfaces fail

4. Contact list for the non-sap systems as well as sap systems

5.Frequency and volume of messages

I would recommend you to prepare an excel sheet that shows all relevant interfaces with the above mentioned list also. By, this you can get an overall picture and also understand the complete process without any issues.

Regards
