You can see the amounts in the CJIC report as soon as the costs hit the WBS or the networks under WBS. You are using IM, so i am assuming you are settling those costs to AUC. Even after settlement to AUC you can see the lines in CJIC. The lines will be gone once you settle it to a Fixed asset. But, you can see the history of WBS in CJID.
Use this procedure to create settlement rules for desired line items (i.e. invoices, journal entries, etc.) that have been posted to a WBS element for a specific fixed asset.
