scenario in plant: TOOLS WITH TECHNICIAN

hi,

we have a production plant in which every technician would be given some tools.everyday a superwiser checks the tools and quantity whether they are there with the technician or not.could you please explain me how to map this scenario in SAP?

In MM module create each technician as internal vendor and issue that tools to each one

so that tools can be tracked easily

Just a try , Could give some light.

Each tools could be mapped in SAP MM module by creation individual material master/or Thru PM module create as a Equipment.

Now suppose manager wanna issue 2 spanners to A and 3 bolts to B , He can assign a Job order and thru Manual reservation you can issue the Equipments to the Subordinate.

Tracking could also be done Thru MMBE transaction and you get a clear picture of it.
