Outputting PO attachements

Hi all,

I have a requirement which is as follows in SRM system.

When the purchase order is sent to the vendor through fax, it should also include the attchemnts that are in the Purchase order along with the general header data for the purchase order.

Hello,

In SRM 5.0 the FM CALL FUNCTION 'BBP_OUTPUT_SEND_BCSFAX' sends across the attachments

along with the PO header. Hope this helps with your posted requirement.

Which FAX server software do you use? I know some Rich function FAX servers can send attachment.
