Suppress authorisation check's using hr_infotype_operation

Anyone can help me with following query:

1. How to suppress authorisation while updating infotypes using 'HR_infotype_operation'.

Hi,

Process is very complex. In our Staff Suggestion Workflow, employee will be paid for each suggestion. This payment amount will be updated in Infotype 15. But this employees don't have authorisation for 15. Cannot give authorisation for these group. B'coz of this I need to know how to disable authorisation, while updating using 'HR_infotype_Operation.

Hi Anoopa,

Is the infotype 0015 update is via Workflow ie if you have the function call HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION inside the workflow, why does the employee need authorization? Is in't it enough if you give acceess to the WFUSER?

Hi Anoopa,

There is this global variable 'hr_read_infotype_authc_disable', but it is only for READ access. But why do you want to bypass authorizations?.. if you are attempting an infotype update, I don't think it is advisable to disable authorization checks.
