pop-up message while transferring an employee

Hi All

When an employee is transferred from one position to other position when performing the Transfer action we get a pop-up message (a window) asking CREATE VACANCY, YES OR NO.

Is this pop-up message is SAP std or can we do the configuration anywhere.

Hi Sri,

This comes from a system table config.SM30-> T77S0->

PPVAC PPVAC 1 Switch for defining a vacancy.

Make this as '0'. The pop up ll not come. But its better to have it.

We have one customised Z relationship for Position, when we are copyeng this Z relationship through TC PO13 we get a pop up message saying "Previous record will be delimited do you want to save, Yes or No"

Where do we configure this message.

This happens due to time constraint. In below path you can see that.

SPRO-> Personnel Management-> Organizational Management-> Basic Settings-> Data Model Enhancement-> Relationship Maintenance-> Maintain Relationships

Currently we have time constraint class 2 for the said relationship. If I dont want this message to pop-up what I need to do.

The problem which im facing is, for my client this pop up message is not coming in Production but it is coming in Development.

Where it is going wrong,
