PO print preview ME23N

Dear All,

In ME23N print preview option if I click then its showing a msg:

"No messages found (Please check your input)

Message no. ME230

Procedure

Enter 1 (processing successful) in the "Processing time spot" field if you want to display the messages for this document that have already been outputted"

How can solve the problem??

hi,

maintain conditon record in output determenation for PO at MN04 - to create and MN06 for display

Did your PO have succesfull output.

Then you can display your PO.

But if not then check the Output condition record in the MN06 if created then assign proper Communication method(Printer) to it.

Otherwise create the O/P condition record through MN04.

Hi,

Check your message settings for PO. You can check from PO screen itself, click the messages tab and check whether configured or not, if not configure.
