Take export of table rfcdoc,rfcdes & rfcattrib on Devlopment system using this command on command prompt
R3trans u2013w export_QAS_tables.log export_QAS_tables.cntl
R3trans u2013w import_QAS_tables.log u2013u 8 import_QAS_tables.cntl
before this create 2 files
I export_QAS_tables.cntl
export
file = 'export.QAS.data'
select * from table name
export
client = 100
file = 'export.QAS.100.data'
select * from table name
II import_QAS_tables.cntl
import
file = 'export.QAS.data'
buffersync = yes
import
client = 100
file = 'export.QAS.100.data'
buffersync = yes

Both methods, RFC save in transport or EXP are good.
If saving rfc tables in a transport, i guess all of the following tables should be included with same program id R3TR
RFCATTRIB
RFCCHECK
RFCDES
RFCDESSECU
RFCDOC
RFCGO
RFCTA

Hi,
This is the best method to take the backup of the RFC tables.
How to do export and import I am writing the command for you,
C:\>exp
Username: sapsr3
Password:
Enter array fetch buffer size: 4096 >
Export file: EXPDAT.DMP > RFCDES.DMP
(2)U(sers), or (3)T(ables): (2)U > 3
Export table data (yes/no): yes >
Compress extents (yes/no): yes >
Table(T) or Partition(T:P) to be exported: (RETURN to quit) > RFCDES
C:\>imp
Username: sapsr3
Password:
Import file: EXPDAT.DMP > RFCDES.DMP
Enter insert buffer size (minimum is 8192) 30720>
List contents of import file only (yes/no): no >
Ignore create error due to object existence (yes/no): no > yes
Import grants (yes/no): yes >
Import table data (yes/no): yes >
Import entire export file (yes/no): no > yes
Thanks,
Sudip...
Hi
You can export RFC destinations using the below method.
>>> Create a "transport of copies" .
>>> Double click the transport number. This will bring you to a screen with an "objects" tab.
>>> Put it in "change" mode.
>>> Program ID = R3TR
>>> Object = tabu
>>> Object name = rfcdes
>>> On the next line down: -- Program ID = R3TR
>>> Object = tabu
>>> Object name = rfcdoc
>>> Click the green check > You will now have two entries> Click the key icon
You will now be presented with a screen to enter a key. Enter an asterisk.
Enter the key information for the other table entry.Save the entry and then release the entry.
Thanks
Arun

There is a table RFCDES. Just export the table data on that table all the information is stored related to all the RFC connection.
