'Unit' error??

Hi all,

It shows <b>'5 ERR'</b> in the column KF-sale qty (in the BEx report) when I ran the query. I guess that there is Unit convert problem (the unit is <b>ERR</b> in the report now). I tried to go to 'transfer rule' to check the 'convert' box but it is grey. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem? Thank you.

Hi John,

Sometimes in report u will get ERR for Units if unit mapping is not done for certain fields in the Update rules. check your mapping in Update rules for the Unit of Sales Qty. Do u have any conversion in Unit for this field.

Hi,

your sales qty key figure has a unit like 0BASE_UNIT. So Make sure that there is a mapping to this unit field at Transfer rules and Update rules, and then upload the data one more time. then you can see unit filed for each row of result set.

you can remove the error by creating a formula, right click keyfigures 'new formula' and use NODIM (unit free ... from data function), and drag the keyfigure there, so it looks NODIM(keyfigure).
