Clearing in F-03

Hello,

When i am clearing a GL account in TC: F-03 system threws error message like "Net document types are not allowed when clearing". How to resolve this issue?

Hi Krishna,

May I know which account are you trying to clear through F-03?

Make sure that while posting the open items, the document types used for those postings are not of 'Net Document types'. At OBA7, you can see the document type having the flag 'Net document type' checked. May be in F-03, the system does not allow such document types.

I have not worked on such scenarios. However, this could be the reason for the error.

I am trying to clear Out going bank clearing GL a/c through F-03. This GL has been maintained as OIM.

Clearing account should be having functionality of OIM, can you please explain further brief why do you require to cleare this account
