RFC User not authorized

Former Member

Hello all

I am trying to create business partners in Solution Manager using the

transaction DSWP - "Create Business Partners". There I am not able to

see my landscape systems listed and it gives me warning on all, i.e.

R3D, R3P and QAS system saying "RFC User not authorized". I am using

SOLMAN as the user and it has been authorized to S_USER_GRP , Activity

03 in all these 3 systems including Solution Manager itself. This was

stated in the warning to check the mentioned authorization and I did

that but to no success.

Did you try using SM59 to test the connections and authorizations?

yes we have tested the connection is working all right. Service desk is also able to communicate with landscape. We are having this problem importing users to create business partners and also running Early Watch reports !

Hi,

Your error seems to be a direct indication that your RFC configuration is not set properly.

Please go to t-code SMSY and define the landscape and configure 4 rfc's properly and then create business partners through t-code BP.

Then after that follow the process of service desk.

If you have any issues then please get back.

Imran
