While doing L1 release for service entry getting budget exceed error.

Service PO NO is created and commiements are captured.

with reference to service PO service entry for 10 qty is done and for 2 qty is remaining.

while doing another service entry for for remaining quantity fetting Budget exceed error for the A.c assignme WBS

steps folowed are as follows

1. ML81 N -Service entry 810069206

2. Go to change mode and release the service entry to L1

3. Save the Entry sheet Click on YES in message prompt

4. select Error log radio button and say OK then you will get the following error message screen

my question is at the time of service entry PO commitments are transfered to actuals then how budget exceed error is coming ?

check whether costs are posted by any other way like actvity conf, manual posting, ...etc

we are using activities so no activity confirmation is there. service po create from MM route with WBS as a/c assignment.

budget is alredy locked in PO commitment for PO value. now while doinf serice entry only commitment will transfer to actuals so not further budget check to be happen ?

Run Actual cost report CJI3 and check for any other cost involved...
