Dear Gurus,
what is the use of pr tolerance limit in spro settings??
pls help..
Hi,
Tolerance limit are 1) value tolerance 2)quantity tolerence. In these tolerance there are two parts
a) uppler limit b)lower limit.
If you set these toleraces system will check and rises a message when your input for the perticular field exceeds that limit.
we can set these limits to PR, PO, Invoice etc
Thanks and regads

In SPRO, for PR, tolerance limit is available for archiving only. This is for how long the documents has to be stoed in the database.
I hope there is no other tolerance setting for PR in SPRO.

Prabu

Hi
Define Tolerance Limit for Archiving in PR
You can define two time periods, via which you control the archiving of the requisitions:
Residence time 1 for items without a deletion indicator
Residence time 2 for items with a deletion indicator
