Read condition records

Hi SD Gurus,

can any one please guide me to how to read condition records maintained in VK11 for any of the conditions.

The requirement is to get all the condition records for specific condition type which already maintained in VK11. As I understand, Table with A in combination of condition table will provide the details. (Ex. A001).

Hi,

Another alternative to this is that go to Txn SE16n. Use table number A005. In this table key in the condition type you want. Execute it and you will get all condition record numbers for that condition type.( You can key in other parameters for synthesizing your search). Then copy the condition record numbers. Go to table KONH ( for condition header data) or KONP( for condition item data). Key in all the condition record numbers copied earlier. Execute the table . You will get the condition record values along with all the related data.

You can combine the three tables using a query, if you want to fetch the data in a single go.

A simple work around to achieve this is go to V/LD, key in 28 and execute.

There just give the condition type against which you want the details and execute. You will get the required data in one stroke.
