Hi,

To configure Gratuity, Superannuation and Loans what information do need from client.

it is the payment made to the employee once he completed the Years of Srvice

Loans just check the the node Loans in the IMG

and superannuation check with the above explanation

Hi,

For Gratuity you need to maintain the following

Gratuity Trust ID, Contribution rates, If gratuity is based on certain wage types they need to be defined and most important od all Eligibility has to be maintained

For Superannuation also the same need to be maintained, except that instead of Gratuity ID it will be superannuation ID

For loans you can follow what surya has mentioned

Regarding Loans you can get details of Employee loan conditions and rules, amount limits,type of loans, payment types either regular or off-cycle,settlement of loan by payroll or external bank transfer etc.

Hi,

Gratuity: You can collect from them formula and what the process they are paying the Gratuity amount.

Supeannuation: For this what is the process they are to be paying the lic and all check.

Loans: persentage of the interset, how many installments.
