Hi,
We have a SAP Portal 7.0 -. 1 Centrla Instance ( emty01 )
2 aplications servers ( epmty02 and epmty03 )
Also we have configurate a SAP Web Dispatcher on one of the apliication server ( epmty02 ).
The link access is http://portacompany.domain.com:60000/irj/portal for every internal user. But portalcompany.domain.com its a DNS ALIAS portalcompany.domain.com = epmty02 . Remember epmty02 its Web dispatcher server and aplication server.
Recently we chanced our CM Repository (/documents) from DB to DBFS,
The problem is, when I try u access to KM with http://portacompany.domain.com:60000/irj/portal send me this error:
Error during Knowledge Management startup!
Please contact your system administrator

But when i try to view the KM whit these link -->
http://epmty01.domain.com:50000/irj/portal
http://epmty02.domain.com:50000/irj/portal
http://epmty03.domain.com:50000/irj/portal
doesn't send me any error, work properly.
What can i do to work with the DNS ALIAS portalcompany.domain.com?
I need to configurate something on the SAP Portal or Web Dispatcher Profiles?
Can anybody send me information to resolve this problem?
thanks

Hi,
Thanks Rafael and Manisha for your answers.
I already solve my problem. I had to add other links in the KM configuration on this path --> System Administration --> System Configuration --> Content Management-Utilities --> URL Access for Content and add -->
portacompany.domain.com;portalcompany;localhost <Wihtout port number>
save and after that I had to restart JC00 engine

Hi
You can check your port. As this below link has port 60000
http://portacompany.domain.com:60000/irj/portal
But you KM link has port 50000.

Hello, does your other Portal features works? I found the port used
quite weird, is J2EE engine configured correcly?
