Hi! Experts:
We did many imports via configuration->utility->import at GRC 5.3.
We want to review the history or logs for all imports done so far.
Could you tell us how to do it?
Thanks!
Christy,
I don't think there is any way to find out the history of import right now.

Hi,
You can avoid the same thing at the time of exporting.
While exporting you can choose different options what needs to exported.
Example.
Goto -> RAR -> Configuration -> Utilities -> Export -> Select Components to be Exported
If you choose Configuration Data then the system will include all configuration data in the exported txt file and you have to import all the data from this txt file.
For a work around you can open the txt file and delete the lines (data) from the txt file which you don't want to import. But this is not the correct procedure and SAP will not recomend this.

Sudip.
I usually watch the RAR tables using the SQL debug tool.
http://<server>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~ccappcomp/CCDebugger
From there you can run a SQL command to watch which tables are being updated and if they have the correct information.
A typical SQL statement might be:
SELECT * FROM VIRSA_CC_SYSUSR
You can only view VIRSA_CC_* tables using this tool however and not AE* or RE* etc.
Hope that helps.

Hi Christy,
There is no way to determine which SAP delivered XML file is uploaded into GRC.
Now your question will be, if you import same XML file more then once then the data in the file will be duplicated in the system? But you can import same XML file several times in GRC system in import mode. There will not be any harm to do that.
I hope you understand what I want to say.
Thanks,
Sudip.
