Time Extractor

HR Time Extractor 0HR_PT_1 is extracting data for next 10 years eventhough I have maintained "Time frame for Transfer" on R/3 side (I see entries in Table T569R) for one year starting from 01.01.2005 to 31.12.2005. I expect to see records for this year but the extractor is getting records upto 31.12.2015(longer run time). Any suggestions ?

check oss notes 353177 and 696838 ?

perhaps not maintained properly

By using view V_T569R, maintain the retroactive category

05 'Earliest time data carry-over'

06 'Latest time data carry-over'

the time frame, in which the system is supposed to perform a delta view. Outside this time frame, the system will not select any data nor calculate any delta.

SAP recommends that you choose a period that includes approximately the current year. You have to maintain = update this time window in periodic intervals.

Thanks for your response A.H.P. But, I already verified these notes. I do see values in tables in tables T569R. But still extracting data beyond

06 'Latest time data carry-over' (in my case beyond 31.12.2005).

Please advise.
