How to change Display Date format in Planning book

Hi Experts,

I would like to change Display date format in planning book.

At present format is W.13.2009,W.14.2009,........

Would like to have W.13.09,W.14.09

Hi Samir,

You can use "User Exit" in this case.

User Exit: APODM006

After successful creation of program through th above user exit, you have do some change in Data view tab in the transaction /n/sapapo/sdp8b. In the data view tab you have use "U" in period labeling.

I have used this user exit to change display date in to planning book. e.g.

System has to read period in Month. E.g. P.01 = APR

System has to read Year in same Year. E.g. 2008 = 2008.

In your case you can built up logic in following manner.

System has to read Format W.13= W.13

& System has to read year format 2009 = 09

Hello Samir,

It seems to not be possible.

You can change (if having authorization) the display date for each user on APO system using transaction SU01, however, the year date as YY is not an option.
