Change of Column Width in Objective Setting and Appraisals

Is there any way to change the delivered width of a column in Objective Setting and Appraisals?

I've been asked the same question by my client. Does anyone have an answer?

The only possibility would be with a custom BSP. Easiest way would be copying the standard and make your adaption in the copy.
