List of transactions/activity/report executed by user in 2months period

Is there any report through which we can find the list of activity/reports/transactions exceuted by a user in a period of say 1 month or 3 months

please let me know

Hi ,

Please search the forum for similar queries posted earlier.

I'm not sure if there exists any single report from where you can find the details that you are looking for.But you can make use of the txn ST03N in Expert Mode for finding the list of transactions used in the last 1 or 3 months.Reports can be found out from SM20 if the audit log is enabled.

This question has been discussed several times here. Please try with proper search string in Security area.

FYI: In very simple words, this details are stored in Log files at OS level and not in DB. So, to keep system performance in mind and also for disk space, administrators achieve them if the threshold value of the max size defined exceeds (or after a certain time period... for e.g. 3 months or 6 months). We can get those details in different formats for a particular user y using few TCodes.

Best way to extract such details is the use of TCode SM20. (but for this you need to maintain * in the active profile - which is also a headache due to quick fill up of the Log files).

You can also use use ST03N, STAD, STAT, STATTRACE, SLG1.
