Hi all,
The parameters set in the QA and Prod Systems for
icm/HTTP/max_request_size_KB = 2097152.
we are trying to send 8mb file in prod which resulted in 402 time out error.When tried the same file in QA it ran sucessfully.Any inputs would be appreciated.

Please change the Timeout parameters mentioned in the SAP note 824554.
Change in the parameters PROCTIMEOUT and TIMEOUT for icm/server_port_0 in transaction RZ10 will require server restart thr server to come in effect.

Hi,
These are the possible way to analyze Root Cause:
1) This is depends on the sizing between QA and Production system and may be the production server load is high while your interface running time.
2) Try to find out production server on and off peak time then run your interface to off peak time.
3) Refer PI tuning guide to process larger messages.

timeout time in QA is more than that of PROD, you may to increase it in PROD
