Shopping-for functionality - different Requester

Hello all,

we want the shopping-for functionality in our SRM 5.0 system.

I already gave someone the purchase-assistant role for the purchase with one-screen option. And he can select Shopping-For. But if I try to search someone, for which he should be able to shop, he doesn´t find anyone.

I already added the attributes requester in ppoma_bbp. But I`m not sure that it is right. I tried "US USERID" "S NUMBER" "O NUMBER". with the different numbers of a testing person.

Is there something I need to add? Which Attributes must I add? US with a space? O? S? CP?

Everytime he doesn´t find anyone in the shopping-for function in SRM. But he should find atleast the one I entered in the attributes?

for user: 'USXYZ'

for department: 'O 50000051'

Another question:

What do I have to add to our standard SRM User Authorisation Roles, that we have a new role for some colleagues with a secretary function.

We don´t want to use the purchase assistant role.
