Changing Data source on R/3

BW Experts,

We have data being loaded from R/3 3.1i Data Source S260(SALES ORDERS). We want to enable one field in the datasource for selection. What will be the impact if I change that field to selection? Right now I am just doing full loads to BW.

It won't impact any of your settings so you can go ahead and do those changes. As you know take the all necessary steps like

Replicating Data Sources

Activating the Transfer Structure again

Then only that field appears as a selection field in your info Package.

Hi

Just turning the field on will not affect any thing.

It will add this field in your Cumm & Trans Struct and

also in InfoPckage (after u replicate the DS).
