Barcode Scanner with SAP Business One

Hi all,

are there any proposals, which barcode scanner to use with SBO?

We want to scan a barcode from the customers id card to get it as the customer id in a invoice.

and scan Item barcodes to get them in the invoice.

etc.

Some ideas?

Hi Daniel,

There is a an add-on from the German partner Inceptum which offers Barcode Scanning functionality.

Tigerdirect has a couple of barcode scanners.

With a little bit of programming it seems that anything can be done in SAP BO. I am using the barcode scanner in the process of posting documents as to minimze keying entries.

Hello

is it possible to copy a delivery into an invoice and printing it by using only a scanner? Does anybody have experience in this matter?

I purchased an $80.00CAD hand held scanner and it works well, you can program it to add a CR or LF or TAB after scanning a barcode.
