Hi

I have to control the user to create PO only with reference to PR but this done on particular document type (PO).

I have checked the feild selection key control; in this i have made copy of Feild selection key "NBF" and made the PR feild mandatory but system did not respond accordingly.

It is done EFB parameter but it applied on all POs.

I tried before with ME21N also, i couldnt succeed. Anyway try this out.

Hi,

Even if you make the PR field in SPRO -Define Screen layout at item level (me21n,me22n), you will be able to make PO with out PR. For this you Goto OMET and create a function authorisation profile where you Select Ref.to Pur requisition only and assign the fiels selection NBF. and save it .

then goto SU3 and click paramater where assign your profile and save it.

if you try now you will not be able to create PO with out PR .

But in this case it will be applicable for all the document types for that particular user.

HI,

In the same screen layout there is screen layout ME21N.

in this screen layout make the PR as mandatory.so it it applicable to all PO s.

Since ME21n (is the T code Layout)
