E-recruting Adding new status or changing text

Hi,

In E-recruitment, we have requirement where client wants to add one more status to standard statuses available : In Process, Rejected , Draft, To be Hired. They want to add status "Hired in ...followed by the company name."

And same needs to viewd by the recruiter during candidate selection.And this staus needs to be assinged to the particular process and activity.

Can we add new status or can we change text for the standard status.

Hi Pallavi,

The answer is " it is complicated" mainly because the statuses associated with the E-Recruiting objects are defined in a domain (As i learn it from the below link) and are interrelated (Ex: Changes in NB object status affects Job posting and publication); WS 51900005 - Workflow is based on the Status Changes to E-Recruiting Objects) and are called in a lot of programs.

You would end up in doing a major modification.
