Only CJ30 budgeting

I want to do only create budget transaction CJ30 and flow the other processes actuals and all.

I have created budget in CJ30 and not done release CJ32. I want to avoid this. Whenever I am creating Purchase Order for Materials it is giving Availability control error.

Though there is enough budget for the WBS it is giving error " Budget exceeded" and it exceeds by the amount of Line item value.

e.g Budget in WBS created in CJ30 780000 INR

Error- Budget exceeded by say 15000 INR which is the value of the line item

When I did release of budget in CJ32 the error removed. Please suggest. I want to do avoid Release of budget and still committ my Orders.

Hi Suman,

Activation of Availability control will happen even when you don't release and do only CJ30 if Activation type is maintained accordingly. Do the settings as suggested by Muzamil so that AVAC will not come into picture.

Hi,

In Budget Profile OPS9 don't tick Release check box if you don't want to choose Availability control on Release.Tick only Overall .Also choose Activation type 1 .

For your other issue you check your Tolerence Limites.
