Salary Packaging

Ok so this is my dilemma,

I have done all the relevant configuration for setting up the Salary Packaging but now I need to know exactly how to execute this module/process.

Is there a special way of hiring and employee so that the components appear on his infotype 0008 ???

How do i run this process ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Execute hire action thu pa40 or else maintian IT0008 for any person who is already hired

Ok so you say I must either hire or maintain....i tried maintain but what am I looking for there is nothing that relates to the package in it0008 ???

Do i need to add the relevant wage types to the it0008 group as well ?

use the t code p16b_admin to change salary for an employee.

Upon saving the details here, basic pay infotype gets updated

give ur PST PSA PSG and all those things

than u have to proceed
