Custom Text IDs in Support message

Hi All,

We have created a new Text ID under the Text object CRM_ORDERH. The new text Id has been assigne to text procedure SLFN0001.

Now we are getting the new text Id in the transaction CRMD_ORDER and we are able to enter

info under the new text id. When the support message is getting saved the text entered for the

new Text Id is not visible under the 'Overview' tab. But it is getting udpated in database 'STXH'.

Can you please help to resolve the same?

Hi Shaju,

if it the new text is saved and not displayed there are several possibilities.

Did you check the settings for the text scheme? Go to IMG activity CRMC_TEXT_001_MI_N (Define Text Determination Procedure).

There in the field "Changes", what did you set? Try to use the value "C" (for display) or "P" (Log).

Very important for the authorizations is the authorization object CRM_TXT_ID. Did you add an authorization value for your new text-id?
