I try to find note. Found note 1277258. But this note installed in my system.
Could your please help me resolve this issue?
Thanks a lot,
Alexander
Hi, Is your LM-SERVICE component up-to-date with the latest patch level for your release? I've noticed that keeping LM-SERVICE patched and up-to-date has resolved several Diagnostics issues for me. Cheers, Julie

Hi,
I have the same problem.
SolMan 7.0 EhP1.
Note "1277258 - Diagnostics prerequisite check failure" implemented with manual change of SDIAGSC_SW_PREREQ structure.
No change.
I found the required version for ST-ICO 150_700 "required release is :01200615320200012077" is patch level 0018.
After import of this patch, same error.
Best regards.
Tuong-Huy

I've had the same problem. But it's gone now.
There are two options to solve this issue.
1. Hack into the check (if I recall correctly this is a job or report), adjust the prerequisite manually, after this it should skip the check. You'll find out that this resolution only helps out temporarily. So preferrable you choose option 2.
2. Upgrade to SPS19, this is an error that occurs on SPS18 but is resolved in 19.
If you have questions, just shout!
Hi Alex
And manual changes done as per Note ?
