SAP Gui Problem With ABAP Source Code Using MS Vista

Hi together,

My Vista SAP Gui (7.1, Patch level 12) does not open ABAP Source Code Objects. If i want to open some programs using TC SE80 the hourglass will run endless. The problem also occurs in other transactions - e.g. RSA1 - after trying to access embedded ABAP routines.

What can be the reason and a possible solution?

Hallo Timo,

please us the OLD Abap Editor or install the new Sapgui Patch 13 !

Please pay attention the note # 1315903 !

Patch 13 will fix any problems in the NEW Abap Editor.
