Emails not going out from SAP system.

Hi Experts,

the emails are not going out of SAP. It was working perfectly till yesterday and today all of sudden it stopped working and giving the error message 637. the long text is as follows.

Diagnosis

The message could not be delivered to recipient . A temporary error (such as the hard drive being full) has occurred in the processing of the communication system.

System Response

Processing was completed normally.

Additional information of the used node (if available, in the system language of the node):

451 Blocked - see http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?

Procedure

Attempt to resend the message at a later time.

Please advise.

Hi Yogesh,

Pl check the access of SAP server on the relay server(SMTP server) which you have maintained in SCOT.

Pl check with your mail server team.

It appears that the connection from your system to the mail server is being denied. Have you checked the website it lists to see why spamcop is blocking this system?
