Web Item-Check box group cannot show characteristic text?

Hi All,

In Web Application Designer,I try to use a checkbox group to be a filter of specific characteristics of data provider.

But no matter i have config characteristics display type to "Code and Text" or "Text" in query(data provider)..the web template output still just only Code of characteristics,no text.

My BW Version is BW3.10.

Any suggestion will be very appreciated.

I think this is a bug in BW3.10,because it is work and correct in BW 3.5.

Somebody can try the checkbox group issue?

I will like to find out where is the cause,it's very confused with me.

Because the Query/web template result will correct value/text mapping,but the check box is not work.

Sonia,

You are able to get only Key of the characteristic but not the text when you execute a web template ??

If so check if the master data table has any text assigned to each key of characteristic value.If theres no text available it shows only the key value in text also when you run a report/template

Yes,I am sure that the master data table with text.

And the result of query/web template can be showed with key value and text correctly.

Is it a cause that checked text language dependent,

or some key value without exist text, or the InfoObject must be assigned to a data provider of InfoArea?

I dont think so that the points mentioned are the reason for that.
