SO without reference to Quotation

Hi,

I have created a Quotation(say QA1) with 4 materials(say M1, M2, M3 and M4). When I create a Sales Order WITHOUT referncing to Quotation, a POP UP comes up automatically referencing me to Quotation I created based on SP/SP.

I don't want this POP UP. Please help me how to avoid it.

Hi,

Sorry for not informing this in the first place.

Reference mandatory is BLANK. Still I am getting the pop up from Quotation.

Mohan,

You have activated the reminder service in the Sales order where system gives popup when any open contract or open quotation is there for that sold to party.

For deactivating it go to VOV8--> and check the field Outline agreement message and Quotation message...

Leave these field blank.

Do it and try again.

Goto Tcode: VOV8

select sales document types

goto General control tab:

reference mandatory: leave field as blank

save it

HI,

In VOV8....Se;ect the Order type9Which you are selecting ),

Check in general control Screen====>Reference mandatory Filed(Select in this field options No Reference Required.
