go to sm36 create job

Hi,

in SE38 from menu Program ->choose execute in Background or F9,

then give the print parameters and then say ok, then click on start immediate and then save the job.

or else you can do it with SM36.

HI Jinna. If you want make a job for a transaction, enter in the transaction, and in the menu program -> Execute in Background.

this request a printer (you can use locl), and you can choose the periodicity in there.

Execute transaction SM36

Click Steps

Click ABAP/4 and type in the program name

Click Save

Finally fill in the Start date

In 4.6x, SAP provide a friendly GUI transaction code SM36WIZ for users to submit jobs in the background.

Hi,

You can create or define a Background job with SM36 transaction and SM37 for Background job monitoring.

Hi,

Go to SM36.

Specify the JOB NAME and select the Job class depending on the priority you want. Then hit enter and you can enter a program name by clicking on the ABAP Program.

After that you can schedule that periodically if you want clicking on the Periods.
