How to upload excel file with a column containing upto 600 Chars

Can anyone suggest any FMs which will upload data from excel file where a column contains 600 characters..

Did you try this function ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE ?

Please ignore my post, I guess the limitation of using this function is that it can only cope with 50 characters value.

However, you can Search OSS there are notes on this FM: 188950, 109533, 852709, 933420.

Basically copy the function change the relevant field sizes (inc number of rows)
