Hello Everyone,

Trying to run a repost function against a cube in BPS0. The field to be changed is profit center.

I have the following variable values in the level and package:

data entry period = 12/2008

version = 0

I check my cube in listcube with the variable values shown above and I see results. The repost maps profit center 456130 to 466130, so I look in listcube for records with profit center 456130 and I see results.

So, when I run the repost I would expect to see all of the records in listcube I originally saw except with profit center equal to 466130. However, this is not the case.

FYI...I am saving after I run the repost.

Can anyone help?

Cube still holds old profit centre , but net effective of all key figure value is ZERO

Hi,

Maybe you need to replace REPOST for a COPY function using the same PROFIT CENTER as field to be changed.

The repost function is like a copy function, to post the key figure values for existing characteristic combinations to other combinations. In contrast to copying, the key figure values for the From values are deleted.
