Hi all,
To isolate the issue. Please cross check the below
1- Verify from the network team if the port for your mail server is OK or changed
2-Send a test mail (utilising the mailserver) and not from the SAP to ensure , if the issue is with the mailserver
3-If above both works fine, then please check the "node in use" is active in SCOT transaction, if not then please activate it.

I checked the trace of emails it says - 637 = 451 Blocked - see http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?
Hi Yogesh
Is it really a tool or firewall you have in your landscape ?
Im really not sure or never heard like this before, if the error message is saying something about it, then even im not sure where you should check. May be firewall settings have been changed recently or some changes by your network team ..
