Hi,

Setting up of planning strategies is the most important thing in any SAP Implementation.

Apart from PP, CO also plays a major role in deciding the same..

Study the Business Processes after detailed discussions with the Business Experts..

This can be done in general by way of workshops..

Based on the Business, as you know that, there are number of Starategies available.. like MTS, MTO etc..

In most of the cases, being a consultant suggest the strategies and show the scenario start to end so that the Core team understands and relates to the SAP Processes..
