Hi,
I have a situation here wherin in case of outbound deliveries for exports following fields should be automatically populated.
Mode of Transport for Foreign Trade at header level
Domestic Mode of Transport for Foreign Trade--at header level
Origin of Means of Transport when Crossing the Border--at header level
Customs office: Office of exit for foreign trade--at header level.
Currently it is a manual process but it has to be automated in case of export scenario.
I checked the transactiuons like VI95 etc but couldnt link any of them to automatic population of the above fields.
Please guide me how shall I progress?
Go to vi95 and maintain the required datas there so that it will populate in deliveries accordingly.
thanks

Hello,
VI95 works well, except what if you have multiple Office of Exit for the same Country? We have multiple plants, and depending on which plant it ships from the Office of Exit will change. Can we default the Foreign Trade information by plant and not Country?
Thank you.

Hi,
Actually in few scenarios the filds like domestic mode of transport and other export related fields are automatically populated in delievry without any Vi95 settings.
So is there any other place from where these fields would get populated?

Hello,
Have you done below IMG configuration in Foreign Trade/Customs:
Mode of Transport for Foreign Trade at header level - Define Modes Of Transport (Tcode OVE3)
Define Valid Combinations: Mode of Transport - Customs Office
Default Values For Foreign Trade Header Data
Foreign Trade Data in MM and SD Documents.
Apart from this you have to do some configurations depends on your company inputs in IMG Foreign Trade/Customs.
